1. About us
This website and the services on it are operated by Hyderabad Holidays Co., with its office at Flat No. 406, 4th Floor, Gayathri Residency, KPHB 6th Phase Road, near MedPlus, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana 500072 ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or booking with us, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
2. Our role
We act as a travel agent and tour organiser. Flights, hotels, transport, activities and visas are provided by independent suppliers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, embassies and visa application centres. Each supplier's own terms also apply to your booking.
3. Quotes and bookings
- A quote is valid for the period stated on it and is subject to availability at the time of booking.
- A booking is confirmed only after we receive the advance payment and send you written confirmation.
- Prices can change before full payment if a supplier changes its rates, taxes change, or exchange rates move. We will tell you before any change and you may cancel under our refund policy if you do not accept it.
4. Payments
Payment terms are listed on our Pricing page and on your quote. Online payments are processed by a third-party payment gateway. We do not store your card details. If the balance is not paid by the due date, we may cancel the booking and apply the cancellation charges in our refund policy.
5. Travel documents
- You are responsible for holding a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date, the visas you need, and any health documents required for your destination.
- Names on bookings must match the passport or government ID exactly. Name corrections may incur supplier charges.
- We are not responsible for denied boarding or entry caused by incomplete or invalid documents.
6. Visa services
We assist with preparing and submitting visa applications. The decision to grant, refuse or delay a visa rests only with the embassy or immigration authority. We do not guarantee any visa outcome or processing time, and government and visa centre fees are not refundable once paid.
7. Changes and cancellations
Changes and cancellations by you, and by us, are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. If a supplier changes or cancels a service, we will offer a reasonable alternative or a refund of the amount we recover from that supplier.
8. Your conduct
You agree to follow local laws and the rules of hotels, airlines and transport providers. A supplier may refuse service to anyone behaving in a way that endangers others, and no refund is due in that case.
9. Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care in selecting suppliers, but we are not liable for loss, injury, delay or damage caused by a supplier's act or omission, or by events beyond our control. Our total liability for any booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
10. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, government orders, airline failures or extreme weather. Refunds in such cases depend on what we recover from suppliers.
11. Website use
Content on this website is for general information. Package images and descriptions are illustrative. You may not copy, scrape or misuse this website. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
12. Complaints and grievance officer
Please raise any problem during the trip with your coordinator so it can be fixed on the spot. Complaints after the trip can be sent within 30 days of return to our Grievance Officer at contact@hydholidays.com or +91 70750 40406. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
