Other fees
- VFS service charges and optional add-ons are extra.
- Priority and super-priority decisions may be available for an added fee.
Processing time: Usually a decision within 3 weeks of the biometrics appointment. You can apply up to 3 months before travel.
Documents checklist
- Passport valid for the whole stay, plus old passports
- Bank statements (6 months) and ITRs
- Employer letter, leave approval and salary slips, or business documents
- Itinerary and accommodation details
- Invitation letter and host's status documents if visiting family
- Sponsor's documents if someone else is paying
- Certified translations of documents not in English

- We fill the application, book your appointment and review every document before submission.
- We track the application and send you the decision as soon as it is issued.
Our service fee is listed on the Pricing page. Government fees are charged at actuals and are not refundable if a visa is refused.
Before you fly
- Fees went up on 8 April 2026; older quotes of £127 are out of date.
- The fee is not refunded if the visa is refused or a shorter visa is issued.
- Each family member needs their own application and appointment.
- Indians are not eligible for the UK ETA.
